Macks Creek Cabins Fees and Policies
RENTAL FEES
The rate shown is per night for up to (8) guests.
RESERVATION FEES
A deposit of 50% is due at time of booking.
Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival
AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve a cabin.
CLEANING FEES
We charge a cleaning fee of $75 per stay
CHECK IN/OUT TIMES
Check-in time is 3:00 pm and Check-out time is 10:00 am
PET DEPOSIT
$50 non refundable fee per dog per stay (Bluff & Creekside Only!)
SMOKING POLICY
There is no smoking permitted inside any of the cabins.
Smoking is permitted outside only.
DAMAGES
You are responsible for damages incurred by your party
(See “Security/Damage Deposit” Below)
SECURITY / DAMAGE DEPOSIT
There will be a Security deposit hold of $250 per stay. The security deposit
will be released if the cabin is left in satisfactory condition within 5 days.
CANCELLATIONS POLICY
14 days notice required for cancelations. 21 days notice for Holidays.
Failure to make cancellations within this time frame will result in the loss of your deposit
All Reservations Require a Minimum Two(2) Night Stay
Over Holidays Requires a MinimumThree(3) Night Stay
